2.4 Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be processed if the returned NFT is in its original condition and has not been transferred, sold or used in any way.
2.5 Refund Method: Refunds will be transferred to the original wallet used for the purchase.
2.6 Refund Currency: Refunds will be made using the same currency and amount used for the purchase.
2.7 Secondary Sales: Purchases made on secondary markets will not be eligible for a refund.

4.1 When a user resells an NFT purchased from the Website, a commission fee of 7.5% will be charged. The commission amount will be a percentage of the resale price, as determined by https://samking.io/.
4.2 Payment of Commission: The commission fee will be deducted from the resale transaction and paid to https://samking.io/ upon completion of the sale.
5.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the NFTs and the Website, remain the property of their respective owners.
5.2 By purchasing an NFT, you acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and display the associated digital artwork solely for personal, non-commercial use.
